Got your note re comment for web site and I am pleased to give reference for your site.We had the pleasure of using GSA Sidney Car rentals and would recommend this service to anyone looking for service and convenience.We arrived out of hours and Terry met us at the Airport taking us to his office located on the airport where we completed all necessary paperwork. We had a lot of questions regarding Vancouver Island and how to catch the Bus and Ferry to Vancouver at the end of the stay. Terry advised us to return the car to him at the airport and book our Bus ticket with a highway pickup.We did this and we returned car very early on the morning. Terry drove us to a pick up point on the highway – not marked where we loaded all our bags onto the bus to Vancouver. Try getting that service from the big boys! With regard to the vehicle it was a little older in good condition and reliable for our purposes. The price was great compared to others and service exemplary. I give a big wrap to this company for service and friendliness as well as price where others are far more expensive."

"Being from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and annual vacations to BC few and far between, I really appreciated Terry’s friendly, knowledgeable welcome to assist me in reacquainting myself with your beautiful Island getaway. I arrived in Vancouver via train @ 9:30am, & by 1:30 pm. I was on my way with my car rental, to my destinations eventually of Ucluelet and Tofino. Terry in his bright red vest was waiting for me when I exited the Swartz Bay ferry, & within minutes we were in his office completing the paperwork for the rental, & I was on my way up Island. The car was clean and efficient, & performed excellently on the many curves and summits throughout the rain forested areas. In total, I accumulated close to 1000 k from Oct 20-24. I also found the daily rates, unlimited mileage on the Island agreement, very reasonable. My visit was over far too soon,& I returned the rental Sunday afternoon, where Terry came in from home, on technically a non-business day, to the office, and drove me to the ferry terminal, & I was back in Vancouver for the evening. Having such great welcoming service to get me to the rental office, and then back to the terminal when my visit was over, were such great additions to my adventurous holiday."
